Rise is Ritua's morning wellness drink — a 330ml premium RTD formulated specifically for the morning. It contains clinically-dosed electrolytes, Vitamin C, D3, B-Complex, Turmeric, Ginger, Rhodiola Rosea, Probiotics and Zinc. It's designed to give your body everything it needs to start the day — hydration, immunity, gut health and stress resilience — in one convenient can.

Restore is Ritua's evening wellness drink — a 330ml premium RTD formulated specifically for the evening. It contains Magnesium Glycinate, L-Glycine, L-Theanine, Ashwagandha, Chamomile, Passionflower, Reishi Mushroom and Zinc. Together these ingredients support sleep quality, relaxation, cortisol regulation and overnight recovery.

Rise is Mango & Pineapple — a bright, tropical flavour with a clean finish. Restore is Raspberry & Lemon — a fruity, slightly tart flavour that's refreshing without being sweet. Both are low in sugar and designed to taste great while delivering premium ingredients.

No — both Rise and Restore are completely caffeine-free. Rise provides natural energy through B-vitamins and adaptogens rather than stimulants. This means no jitters, no afternoon crash, and no impact on sleep quality.

Yes — both Rise and Restore are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. All ingredients are plant-derived or synthetic (in the case of vitamins and minerals). There are no animal-derived ingredients in either product.

Both Rise and Restore contain zero sugar. We've achieved this without compromising on taste — both drinks are naturally flavoured and genuinely delicious. Zero sugar, zero compromise.

Government RDAs (Recommended Daily Allowances) are often set as a minimum to prevent deficiency — not as an optimal dose for health and performance. Ritua is formulated at clinically relevant doses based on peer-reviewed research. For example, our Vitamin C is 500mg versus the 80mg RDA — because research consistently shows 500mg is where meaningful immune and antioxidant benefits occur.

Your body's needs change throughout the day based on your circadian rhythm. In the morning, your body benefits most from hydration, immune support and adaptogens for stress. In the evening, it needs support for relaxation, cortisol regulation and sleep. Rise and Restore are each formulated to match these specific needs — making them significantly more effective than generic supplements taken at random times.

Yes — both products are designed for daily use. Rise is formulated for every morning and Restore for every evening. Consistent daily use is where you'll see the greatest benefit, as many of the ingredients (particularly adaptogens like Rhodiola and Ashwagandha) work cumulatively over time.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding we recommend consulting your GP or midwife before consuming Ritua. Some adaptogenic herbs such as Ashwagandha and Rhodiola are not recommended during pregnancy.

Standard UK delivery is £3.95. Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 working days via standard courier.

Rise and Restore are both available in 12-can, 24-can and 48-can packs. Larger packs offer a better price per can. We recommend the 24-pack as a starting point — a full month of morning or evening rituals.

Yes — you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@drinkritua.com.

If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at info@drinkritua.com and we'll do our best to make it right. Please note that for hygiene reasons we're unable to accept returns of opened products.

Ritua is a UK-based brand, founded and headquartered in the United Kingdom. Our products are manufactured in the UK to the highest quality standards.
